Posted August 27, 2022. We have identified a bug in the Advanced Skimmer Course in Lion's Arch associated with the 'Finding Sibaha' achievement. The bug prevents players from unlocking the "Skimming the Depths" mastery. While we address the issue, we have temporarily disabled the Advanced Skimmer Course.
Arenanet have released the underwater skimmer mastery but you need to complete the finding sibaha skimmer collection so I hope you enjoy this guide to help y
Ok, here is where your getting it confused. after buying the skimmer mount, you get the item Missive for Ebele. this is what you require to start the achievement. Try speaking to Ebele to progress the achievement. i am not entirely sure if you require the item or not. i dont believe you do
